Client’s Needs

The client wanted a strong access control system with a modern intercom. Their main needs were:

• Better Security: Prevent unauthorised people from entering the building. Only authorised staff should have access.
• Remote Monitoring: The client wanted to see visitors and let them in from anywhere.
• Easy Access for Staff: Staff needed quick and easy entry to the building.
• Simple Control: An internal screen was needed to manage the entry system and view the intercom feed.

Our Solution

After talking to the client and checking the site, we installed an advanced access control system with a video intercom. This system was designed to meet their needs for both security and ease of use.

Access Control:
We installed a secure access system at the building’s entrance. It uses key cards and fobs to make sure only authorised staff can enter. This prevents unauthorised access and lets staff in quickly and easily.

Intercom with Camera:
We added a high-definition camera to the intercom. The client can now see visitors at the door clearly. They can speak to visitors and let them in remotely, even when they’re not on site.

Internal Control Panel:
We also installed a tablet-like screen inside the building. This screen shows the intercom camera feed and lets staff control the access system. It’s easy to use and makes managing visitors simple.
